Mike and Erin's Engagements: San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer at Avila Beach

It’s hard to believe that I live in the San Luis Obispo County sometimes since one day I am taking wedding pictures in a beautiful vineyard and the next day I can be at the beach for an engagement session. I will admit it, I am spoiled. I loved being with Mike and Erin last week as we walked around Avila Beach and ended our session overlooking the Pacific Ocean. These two are just too cute for words and I found myself just wanting to chat the day away with them both. Hearing their story of how they met and their excitement for their upcoming wedding reminded me how precious love really it. Snuggle your people close today and enjoy being outside!

Dom and Rachel's Engagements: Paso Robles Wedding Photographer

Get me outside to take more engagement pictures in the San Luis Obispo Country because it’s surreal right now! I am squealing with excitement over the colors and textures for sessions now that we have greenery everywhere we look…this is a photographer’s heaven. Then you put these two into the mix and WOW!!!!! Dom and Rachel’s ease of laughter and effortless joy can be felt in each picture. I truly loved spending the afternoon with them as we explored one of my favorite oak tree groves in Paso Robles. The rain wanted to spit a little so we hid for a few minutes but I don’t think we could have asked for a more perfect engagement session. Thank you, Dom and Rachel, for making my day!

Martin Proposal at Center of Effort: San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer

Being present to capture a proposal and knowing it is the start of a new story for a couple is truly one of my favorite things. I laugh because my six foot body has to be as stealthy and hidden as possible but it’s up there with capturing childbirth…I love it! I met this sweet couple (after she said yes and I could stop hiding!) and we explored around the Center of Effort in San Luis Obispo. I can say, the view overlooking the rolling hills of San Luis Obispo had me floored because it almost looked like a backdrop was pulled down. All in all, the day was perfect, the couple was amazing, and I was one happy photographer!
