Reminding me of Santa Margarita, I instantly fell in love with the quaint town of Los Alamos and was stunned by the character, charm and beauty from this wedding at 1880 Union Hotel! Resembling a western saloon with authentic detail all over, there is truly a photo opt around every corner. Luckily for us, Roger and Stephanie decided on a first look so we could get the bulk of all pictures taken before the surprise rain. Naturally, no one is excited about rain on a wedding day, especially the bride and groom, but the romantic intimacy is brought to the the ceremony was gorgeous! Umbrellas were held up by guests while Stephanie walked down the aisle with grace and pose…it was almost magical. Roger and Stephanie were flexible and allowed themselves to embrace to spontaneous change to the day and enjoyed the rest of the evening celebrating with their friends and family. All in all, this was a gorgeous wedding I will truly remember. Thank you to the new Mr. and Mrs. Sharpe and I truly wish you the best!
I have know this sweet family for over 5 year so it’s such an honor to capture their son’s first communion just as I did for their daughter! Watching and supporting them in this huge step of faith has touched my heart and I love that we can freeze this moment with pictures.
David and Christina’s vineyard wedding at Tooth and Nail Winery in Paso Robles was truly spectacular! With the crazy threat of rain came the most amazing clouds between blue skies and hints of overcast lighting. I found I could use different spots throughout Tooth and Nail because the lighting was so unique…this made for one happy photographer. I would be remised if I didn’t mention how amazing of a couple these two were! Their ease of laughter, love for family and friends and drive to have a grand celebration was incredible. I felt spoiled being the photographer for the day since I got the honor of capturing it for them. Thank you, David and Christina, for being YOU and for bringing such an amazing group of people together!
