Saturday's wedding at Rava Wines was nothing short of spectacular...mainly because of the radiating joy of Paul and Nicole.  It's moments like this that I remind myself how much I love being a photographer to freeze those times of joy since throughout life we need to step back into those feelings as a reminder.  I say this because just today I was chatting with my mom about how she finally found her wedding album after the passing of my dad and she was beyond thankful for the treasure of that album in her story of life.  Paul and Nicole have such a beautiful story still to be told with the gift of their marriage and I am grateful to have started the first chapter from the first day as a married couple.  Congratulations to such a sweet, full of life and sincere couple!

Batey Wedding: San Luis Obispo Wedding Photographer at Holland Ranch

A strong cold wind wasn't going to stop this amazing couple from having one of the prettiest weddings at Holland Ranch!  Andrew and Kim's wedding on Saturday was truly spectacular for so many reason, primarily because they are such an easy-going couple who simply was excited to get married and celebrate with their friends and family.  Holland Ranch always provides a breathtaking view for ceremonies and the sunset that night was truly one to remember.  Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Batey, and it was a gift being with you both!!

Travis and Casey's Engagements: Paso Robles Wedding Photographer

There is something so wonderful about an evening engagement session in Paso Robles right before sunset...the colors are rich and warm.  Friday I was lucky to steal some of Travis and Casey's time for an engagement shoot at one of my favorite local fields.  Year round this place is magical but when you put an adorable, vibrant couple like these two in it's even more incredible.  The laughter and fullness of life these two exude is beautiful.  Needless to say, I am beyond lucky to capture their story this year!
