Chelsey and John

Amazing! Chelsey truly thought of everything when it came to her wedding. Being raised in the North County, she knew how to beat the heat...split the day in half. They had an intimate ceremony in the morning followed by a beautiful brunch. Then, in the evening when the heat had died down, they had a great reception with all their friends and family. I will totally recommend this schedule to future clients!

As for them as a couple, they were completely themselves and completely in love. It was fun to catch the little looks they gave each other here and there affirming their love for one another. It's a gift for me to be surrounded by couples like these two. Enjoy the married life Walkers!

Carter...growing up

Saturday, July 21, 2007

I got the awesome joy of shooting Carter's first baby photos a few months back...he has grown so much between now and then! His little personality shines through (especially when he sees his parents) and his blue eyes are enough to capture anyone's attention. This little guy is going to be a heart breaker!

An Arroyo Grande Field

I love different locations for engagements besides the beach! Brianne and Riley wanted to take their pictures on some property that Brianne's family owns...it was amazing! From this old red barn (my favorite) to huge open fields, we had a great time. They kept saying how they were camera shy, but I think at the end of the session they realized that they are both naturals. I cannot wait for their wedding in March...

Valenzona Wedding

Wednesday, July 04, 2007

Amazing! Yes, it was a hot day in Paso Robles, but it could not have been a more beautiful one.

I got the great joy of shooting Guy and Christie's wedding at Silver Horse Winery. I got to know Christie a few summers back at a Young Life camp. I remember the few times we got to talk thinking, "she is a person of quality...too bad we don't live closer." Little did I know that I would get to shoot her wedding. As I said, it was an amazing day full of tears (even on my part) and great laughter. Anyone watching Christie and Guy was immediately attracted to not only their personalities but also the pure love they have for those around them. They are truly an amazing couple...congrats!
