Since becoming a mom almost 8 years ago, weddings hit me differently than they did before. I often find myself a bit teary eyed behind the camera because my heart is pull or touched in a way a mother understands. While shooting (and editing) Curtis and Jesse's super incredibly, stunningly beautiful, and emotionally touching wedding at Hammersky Vineyards, I found myself with blurred vision from tears. This couple...wow. The last year has definitely not gone as one would expect for a life's journey but despite the heartache they held their heads high and seized the day. Watching them look into each other's eyes and repeat their vows would make anyone freeze in their tracks and hold their love one's hand while listening.
